Consign With Us
Ophelia Vintage accepts a limited number of pieces on a curated consignment basis. To enquire, please email clear photographs and a short description so we can review whether the item fits our current seasonal edit.
What we look for
Curated vintage and designer pieces in very good condition — including Y2K trend items, timeless wardrobe staples, statement garments and special occasion wear. We prioritise quality fabrics, strong design, and wearability.
Seasonal intake
Consignment is handled seasonally so each piece is shown at the right time of year and has the best chance of selling. Intake may be limited when the shop is fully stocked.
Fur consignments
We receive a high volume of fur enquiries, so fur consignments are handled seasonally. We are currently taking very limited fur pieces as we are at the end of the winter season. From Autumn we will be open to more fur consignments again.
Fur styles we’re most interested in
- Lammfell / shearling (especially 70s Penny Lane styles)
- Long-haired 80s furs
- Blonde / light-coloured furs
- Lightweight, wearable coats
For fur enquiries, please include photos of the full coat (front/back), label, lining, and close-ups that show the fur + leather condition.
What we don’t take
Secondhand fast fashion unless the item is genuinely unique or over 20 years old and considered vintage, as well as heavily worn, damaged, or unsellable pieces.
How it works
- Send photos (front, back, label, and any details).
- We confirm suitability and arrange a drop-off in store.
- We agree pricing + timeframe before the item goes on the floor.
Commission: proceeds are split 50:50 after 19% VAT (MwSt.) has been deducted from the final sale price.
